iTunesU Crashing

Hi,

We use iTunesU quite heavily at our school. Recently with the iOS 10 update, multiple students have had the app crash and are unable to use this as well. We have checked that they are using the latest iOS, an updated version of the app as well.

Is anyone else having similar problems and are there any suggestions on how to fix this?

Hi Sjhavs,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it seems like an app you are using is crashing after you updated to the latest version of iOS. It looks like you have already done some troubleshooting. I would recommend you read this article, it has several additional steps you can try that may be able to help troubleshoot the issue.

If an app you installed unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open - Apple Support

Does the app crash on launch, or when the students navigate to a particular place?

Hi chris_g1,

We've tried the link and it worked for one student, it is however not working for all the students. We even noticed that concern is now showing up on the Ratings & Reviews page on the App Store. Possibly a bug that will be fixed in an update?
